Things you should be doing to live without degenerative diseases..

  1. Coffee โ˜•๏ธ = Break-your-fast with coffee.

  2. Mindfulness ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ = Three to five minutes everyday without any thoughts

  3. R.A.W ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ= Fifteen to Twenty minutes every day to maintain your blood glucose levels.

  4. Sun ๐ŸŒž = Ten to Fifteen minutes of sun exposure few days a week inhibit fructose metabolism.
